What's in the box, WHAT'S IN THE BOX!?!?

Now what fun would it be if you already knew what you were getting? That is sort of the allure of having a monthly subscription. If you want to know before you get it, then our box might not be for you, and that’s fine! We know we can’t please everyone 100% of the time. Just don’t be jealous of your buddies when they are bragging about all the cool stuff they got! We will post the contents on our site AFTER they ship, so as not to spoil the surprise. Check out our videos, and send us your own photos and videos. We will have random giveaways based on subscriber interaction on social media, so don’t be shy to post pictures of your gear! Also, we want your feedback and ideas, so if you have products in mind that you would like to see in a box, please send them to us! PLEASE understand, as much as we would like to, we cannot put the coolest $200 edc tool in a box that is intended to be packed full of as much useful gear as possible for less than $150! Note: new customers will receive the new customer standard box that is shipped to all new subscribers. We must do this for inventory management purposes.

I just ordered my first BattlBox, what Missions can I expect to receive?

A: This is our most popular question, so follow us here, it will help you understand. Due to a large, unknown number of monthly sign ups we have to have 1 box as a welcome kit ready by the shipping date so we have enough in stock for all of our new customers. For that reason we order thousands of items for Mission 1.2 (Mission 13), ready to go since the shipping window (4th-9th excluding weekends and holidays) is so small after the cutoff time (the 3rd), so we can get you your box asap. We would have many upset customers if we took 3 more weeks to ship past our expected shipping date, and we don’t want to put our BattlBox customers through that.If we make a forecast on new signups and we fall short, it could take up to 4 weeks for additional product to arrive. We order a large number of items and usually clear out our suppliers current stock quickly.If we make a forecast and order way too much, we are left with a ton of costly inventory just sitting on the shelf. While we love our gear, this is just not a viable option.Therefore, when our current customers renew on the 15th each month, we know exactly how many we can expect to ship 3 weeks from then on the 7th. Those renewal customers will always get the current mission.To sum it all up read the example below:You ordered on 8/4/16. We will ship your Mission 1.2 welcome kit sometime before 9/09/16. Your next box, if you continue your membership will ship before 10/09/16, and will be the current mission (mission 20 in this case) By the same scenario, if you place your order before the 4th, you will still receive Mission 1.2 as your welcome kit but will receive it that month.

I just received my Mission 1.2 (13) Welcome kit, what box will I get next?

A: After you receive Mission 1.2, your next box (the following month) will be the CURRENT Mission.

Example: If we sent all existing customers Mission 15 the month before, then you would receive Mission 16 as your 2ndbox with ALL other existing customers.

Can i skip Mission 1.2 (13)?

A: No, all new customers will receive Mission 1.2 as their first box.

When can I expect to start receiving my BattlBox after I have subscribed?

A: If you have signed up before 8PM EST on the 3rd of each month, your BattlBox will ship by the 9th of that month, and should arrive no later than the 15th. If you sign up after 8PM EST on the the 3rd, your Battlbox shipment will begin on the following month. For example, if you subscribe on APRIL 2nd, your BattlBox will ship by APRIL 9th. If you subscribe on APRIL 9th, your first Battlbox will ship by MAY 9th (excluding weekends and holidays).

Is the fee just for one month or a whole year?

A: Apparently, this is a popular question. No, we are not sending you 12 boxes packed full of stuff for $24.99 a year. You are billed monthly, and receive your package the following month.

Are the boxes themed?

A: Yes! It is almost impossible to include enough “cool” gear in each box for the entire thing to be themed, but certain products in each box WILL be themed each month for a different survival or tactical scenario. For us, this is one of the most fun parts of creating each box, and we look forward to sending some of the stuff we’ve found!

When will I be billed on my account?

A: The first time you subscribe, your payment will be processed for your first shipment immediately. Afterwards, payments will be processed on the 15th of each month. On first shipments, if your order is placed by the 3rd, re-billing will start the 15th of that same month. On orders placed after the 3rd, re-billing will begin on the 15th of the following month.

How long is the subscription I am signing up for?

A: Your subscription will auto-renew until you cancel, and is billed monthly ONLY! Cancel anytime. No contracts. We don’t like to be tied into contracts either, so we certainly don’t expect you to. However, we hope you love your subscription so much, that you continue to use our service for many, many years!

How do I send a single box as a gift?

A: If you would like to only send one box to someone as a gift, just sign-up, using THEIR custom info on the survey page (to the best of your knowledge, or just ask!), and once you receive the confirmation email that you have subscribed, you can log back in and cancel your subscription. You must do this before the 15th of the month, or you will be re-billed for an additional month.

Can I JUST sign up for the Knife of the Month?

A: No, not at this time.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

A: Login to your account at and click the login button in the top right corner of your screen (if you cannot find it, click this link LOGIN . Type the email address you used to sign up with and your password. If you have forgotten your password, simply click “Forgot Password?’ and an email will be sent for you to reset it. Once, you have logged in, you will see a box that says “Your Subscription(s).” At the bottom of that box, is an “EDIT” button. Click “EDIT.” When the new screen pops up, Click “Cancel Subscription” on the bottom left. Then confirm on the next screen, by clicking “Cancel Me.” That’s it, you are done. If you want to just skip one month due to financial or any other reason, you can choose that option instead of clicking “Cancel Subscription.”

When will I receive my last BattlBox if I cancel my subscription?

A: If you cancel before the 15th, you will not receive a BattlBox the next month. If you cancel on or after the 15th, you will receive one more BattlBox the following month. This question only pertains to those that have already received their first shipment and are on a standard billing cycle.

Can I get a refund?

A: Unfortunately because we purchase our products based on PAID subscribers, we cannot give refunds.. You can, of course cancel, whenever you like, but if you cancel after the billing period (15th of the month), then you will receive one more BattlBox subscription. Also, if you pay for a single subscription, and then decide to cancel before you have received your first shipment, you will still receive the one you paid for, and no more will be shipped after that.

What do I do about a damaged or non-working product?

A: This is generally dealt with on a case-by-case basis, but we do understand that it does happen from time to time. If your damaged item is unused, straight out of the box, we will send a replacement or something of similar value, within a 15 day period of your receipt of your BattlBox. After 15 days items cannot be replaced. Electronics and other similar items, may warrant a factory warranty, in which case, you may need to contact the original manufacturer. Send us an email via [email protected] , with your questions concerning replacement. Keep in mind, we do not manufacture or sell these products for retail.

I noticed my name/address/phone # is wrong after I signed up. Can you change this for me?

A: You can sign in to your account and make these changes any time before each month’s shipment. Make sure it’s right before then, or you may not get your box for a while!

How can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription without canceling?

A: Simply sign into your account and click the EDIT button your subscription. Make the change, and click the MONTH TO MONTH button followed by the CONFIRM CHANGE button. Remember, this needs to be done no later than the 14th of each month or you will have to wait until the following box for the upgraded subscription level.

How can I skip a month, without canceling my entire subscription?

A: Sign in to your account. Under “Your Subscription,” click EDIT. On the top right, click “SKIP NEXT SHIPMENT.” Confirm by clicking, “YES, SKIP IT.” Now you are all set. You will still receive the current box you have already paid for if you haven’t already, but you will automatically skip the next billing cycle. After that, your subscription will continue as normal. IMPORTANT: If you plan to skip the very next month, you must make this change before your account gets rebilled on the 15th. For Example: If it is March 13th, and you decide you want to skip your April box, you can simply do so by making the changes as described. If it is March 17th, and you make the changes to your account, you will actually skip May, as your April box payment has already been processed, as of March 15th.

What shipping company do you use to ship?

A: We use USPS Priority/First Class mail or UPS Ground/SurePost. With UPS SurePost, UPS transports the packages around the country and the USPS is responsible for the final delivery.  We also use Canada Post for our customers in Canada.

How can I get previous missions? I don't want to miss any.

A: We offer past Missions in limited supply available in our CUSTOMER ONLY online shop.   To access, simply sign in to your account and click on the SHOP button.

Why didn't I get my package?

A: It is the customer’s responsibilty to enter their information in checkout correctly and double check it in their account settings. We have no way of knowing what your correct address should be. Please verify address and email address in your account settings.

When do you ship the boxes?

A: We ship on the 4th- 9th of each month, except when those days fall on weekends or holidays, in which case we will begin shipping boxes on the next postal work day. You should receive your box no later than the 15th.

What happens if my card is declined by my financial institution?

A: We will try and bill you again over the next ten days. During that time you can add funds to your account, edit payment information, or contact your financial institution’s fraud department to make sure they aren’t flagging our system from processing the payment.

Do you ship internationally?

A: We currently ONLY ship within the United States (including U.S. military addresses) and Canada.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
